Self-Service Customer Interface
Small business customers are big multi-taskers—and they need scheduling to work on their terms. Being able to access a simple self-service interface 24/7 is preferred over calling utility customer service during specific hours. That’s why Agentis has created an effortless user interface that allows SMB customers to schedule installation times that work within their timelines.
Contractor Job Board
Through the Contractor Job Board, utilities can provide vetted trade contractors valuable customer project leads that will deepen relationships and leverage opportunities. The Job Board can be tailored for either an open or closed network. Once the Agentis data engine filters jobs that fit the contractor’s capabilities, the contractor can choose to confirm or deny jobs based on available schedules and routes.
Utility personnel and/or Implementation partners are enabled with a user-friendly Dashboard that gives them full access to review the data and statistics coming out of the Service Finder Portal. Capitalize on important data points, such as:
- Open, scheduled, and completed jobs.
