Agentis Energy brought home $100,000 from the inaugural Illinois Clean Energy Fund Awards in Chicago Monday night. The company obtained the award after pitching its business and market strategy to a panel of energy efficiency experts and investors.
"We are honored to have been selected to receive this award," said John Lux, President of Agentis Energy. "The Clean Energy Trust has been a great supporter of what we are trying to accomplish with regards to energy reduction in the commercial and industrial space for our utility customers," he said. "We'll be able to use this funding to grow our company and make the Agentis Platform even more beneficial for our utility partners," Lux said.
Agentis Energy is a leading Smart Grid software and data analytics company providing customer engagement solutions to the global utility industry for their commercial and industrial (C&I) customers.
The Illinois Clean Energy Fund is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and Chicago-based Clean Energy Trust.
