About The Role

You are an high performing enterprise sales executive, looking for the next step in your career as Regional Sales Director for Agentis, covering the Western US Region. It’s a very exciting time to join our team as we lead the market in creating a positive customer experience and generating new opportunities for our utility clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing a comprehensive hunting strategy in the Enterprise SaaS space, ideally with exposure to the energy / utility industry.

In addition, you will also generate new business through industry relationships, on-site sales calls, in-house lead generation, and networking. As an account executive on our growing team, you'll manage the sales process through customer qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close. You'll do this by learning about what's important to prospective clients and their teams and highlighting how our solution can make their lives easier while driving successful outcomes.

Through voice-of-the-customer, you will participate in developing the company's overall market strategy and provide input to product development teams based on feedback from the field. You may also be responsible for control responsibilities as listed within Agentis’ Security policy.

Experience :

  • Minimum of three to five years of consultative enterprise sales experience selling software (SaaS) or similar-based services
  • A proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas while targeting and winning new business
  • Existing relationships in the utility / energy provider space a plus. 
  • Effective presentation skills, strong technical know-how, up-to-date on cutting-edge digital technologies and a passion for contributing to new product development
  • Advanced problem-solving skills; able to think strategically and conceptually. Aptitude for “big picture” thinking capabilities. 
  • The ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers
  • Possess a go-getter attitude! Enthusiastic, consultative, thoughtful, and empathetic in your professional internations and communications with customers and teammates - know your stuff so you can think on your feet in a conversation or during a product demo
  • Operates with an attention to detail and exhibits high ethical standards at all times
  • Hunts with a drive to win new and close highly complex, 7 figure SaaS business
  • Works well with cross functional teams to create solutions that contribute to Agentis’ overall success while having fun! Achieve goals while also making others around you better too!
  • Experience working with Enterprise sales tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • This is a remote position located in the Western United States, covering the Western US region. This role requires the ability to travel as needed (up to 50%+) post-COVID, domestic travel.



  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in the field is required.
