Interested in making a positive impact with great technology? We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDR), The SDR will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Teams, to find new opportunities for growth, and manage the funnel of new business for Agentis.
The primary role of the Sales Development Representative is to provide support to Sales Account Executives through outbound qualification of leads, targeted account research, and the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives such as driving traffic to webinars or in-person sales events. The SDR will research key verticals within target accounts, conduct thorough research to identify the appropriate contacts within those verticals, and craft personalized messaging to be delivered to those prospects via email and outbound phone calls.
+ Place outbound calls and send emails to appropriate prospects at key accounts
+ Secure introductory meetings for regional Account Executives with those prospects
+ Handle all inbound inquiries and qualify those requests
+ Articulate the Agentis value proposition and negotiate initial objections as a part of scheduling appointments
+ Research key accounts to identify trends, news, and other information that is relevant to Agentis in a typical sales process
+ Support specific marketing initiatives such as event promotion, sending educational assets, or driving attendance to digital thought leadership events
+ Log and track daily activity in the marketing automation and CRM systems
+ Ability to call at all levels within an organization and determine decision maker
+ Remain current on information regarding Agentis product offerings
+ Proven track record at achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)
+ Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
+ Ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environment
+ Ability to speak articulately and credibly
+ Experience in inside sales
+ Knowledge and experience working with a salesforce.com and LinkedIn
+ Self-directed and team oriented work habits
+ Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail)
+ BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience

+ 1-3 years sales development/lead qualification/telesales/inside sales or related experience in a B2B outbound environment
