About You

You are a passionate, creative, (FUN!), tech-savvy marketer with a unique understanding of both print and digital media. You love branding, messaging, and event planning—and thrive on deadlines.  You are ready to lead corporate marketing and make a profound and immediate impact.

You have strong copywriting skills, and mean editing chops. You can spot typos and grammar errors from a mile away. The Chicago Manual of Style is your guidepost. You are a storyteller at heart. InDesign is your favorite program. The Marketing Manager will be tasked with all marketing-related activities, including: PowerPoint presentations, website updates, social media, video scripting, and other marketing collateral creation. This position entails relationship building with design teams, videographers, and print vendors to bring creative vision to fruition. It also requires working directly with Agentis customers, helping to customize product in accordance with their messaging and branding needs. In addition, the Marketing Manager will act as liaison to all Agentis-affiliated professional organizations, and plan and prepare for all conferences and events that Team Agentis attends.

Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three to five years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience with InDesign. Full Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Microsoft Office, required.
  • Variation and competency in writing styles: Voice, audience, media, RFPs.
  • Ability to work well with and nurture relationships across a variety of teams, customers, and outside vendors.
  • Ability to make and manage budgets and find creative and cost-effective ways to increase brand awareness.
  • The ability to establish trust and credibility with customers and outside organizations.
  • Operates with an attention to detail and exhibits high ethical standards in a fast-paced environment at all times.

About You

Today, you’re a client facing professional with a knack for anticipating client needs ahead of time and going the extra mile to ensure top notch delivery and service. We’re looking for an Account Manager, inspired and motivated every day, to deliver excellent customer service to our client base. The Account Manager will work closely with our utility clients to drive continuous improvement of the product, find new opportunities for growth, and manage the overall relationship.

As the main point of contact for our clients, we uphold high expectations for our level of service. Our Account Managers will be responsible for leading regularly scheduled bi-weekly meetings with the customer, organizing and tracking feedback lists from our end users, and providing customer-specific statistics on usage. The Account Manager will also assist with our growing marketing and site usage within the customer footprint.

Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree with experience in management consulting or strategic account management, preferably with a software/technology company
  • Strong project manager with experience in a fast-paced, tech environment requiring adaptability and high-quality performance
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and expanding client relationships
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of web analytics, optimization, and reporting tools

About You

You are enthralled by data and have a unique ability to recognize patterns, derive meaningful insights, and present your findings in a visually appealing and easy to understand format. We're looking for a Data Analyst to be part of our growing core team in our Chicago office to work hard, create solutions, and help us fundamentally change the way people think about and use energy.

As a Data Analyst at Agentis, you will work directly with our Director of Data Science and the Agentis development team to perform detailed analysis and reporting on complex data sets. The Data Analyst will be responsible for turning requests from internal and external clients into well-crafted and well-designed reports and analysis. Requests can be both ad hoc and regularly scheduled, and the Data Analyst will work to automate our reporting functionality as much as possible.

Tech Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field
  • Proven experience writing complex SQL scripts and queries
  • Experience writing code in Python or R (Python preferred)
  • Strong experience with the Python ecosystem (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, SciPy, NumPy, Jupyter Notebooks, IPython) is a plus
  • Any familiarity with Cassandra NoSQL databases is a plus
  • The ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple large and complex data sets and formats (flat files, databases, etc.)
  •  Strong written and verbal interpersonal/communication skills
  • The ability to research solutions to new problems and rapidly learn new methods
  •  Self-starter with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

You are an experienced, high performing sales contributor looking for the next step in your career as the Director of Sales for Agentis. It’s a very exciting time to join our team as we lead the way in creating a positive customer experience and generating new opportunities for our utility clients. The Director of Sales will understand and be tasked with how to build and lead a motivated, successful sales team and implement operational processes to facilitate and support our growth. In addition to laying the groundwork for our growing sales organization, the Director of Sales will also generate new business through on-site sales calls, in-house lead generation, and networking. We anticipate the Director of Sales to participate in developing the overall corporate strategy and to provide input for product development based on feedback from the field.

Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the field
  • Minimum of three to five years of sales experience selling software or technology-based services
  • Any people management is experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales processes

About You

You are an entrepreneur looking to keep pushing the envelope and you’re on your way to starting your own company. We're looking for a full stack engineer to be part of our growing core team. You'll work on everything from front-end styling to server-side logic to writing unit tests. You'll work with Product Managers and Designers to determine functionality, look, and feel. You should be able to debug problems at every level of the stack, from browser to application, database and server.

As a full stack engineer you will play an important role in helping to develop a highly scalable SaaS application. You must have solid communication skills, be detail oriented, show leadership and an exemplary work ethic. You have full stack experience working within the LAMP stack with exposure to the various PHP frameworks, and other e-commerce platforms. You know how to work in both a freeform and structured environment.

Tech Experience

  • LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
  • MySQL Database design and optimization
  • Object Oriented design/programming in PHP
  • Beta-testing procedures and best practices pertaining to web usability
  • Version Control using Git
  • Ability to integrate using many forms of API's
  • Ability to identify, suggest and design areas for software improvement

  • Browser issue resolution and compatibility
  • Experience in overall web design trends, mobile design and user experience.
