RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategically design and execute end-user outreach and engagement campaigns through various marketing techniques and powerful copy to drive business end-user awareness of the Agentis Platform as well as improve end-user’s understanding, adoption and use of the Platform.
• Manage multi-touch campaigns, including: direct mail, email, online promotions, PURLs and other programs developed to increase businesses’ interest and drive participation in energy efficiency programs.
• Create and implement aggressively innovative ways to change behavior of business customers and retain customer interest in and use of the program.
• Track and analyze performance of outreach campaigns and website usage.
• Continuously improve campaigns based on tracking metrics and end user feedback.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record with consumer outreach across a variety of media.
• Results-oriented management of large-scale direct mail campaigns, integrated email marketing programs, online promotions and social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of key web technologies.
• Excellent copy-writing skills—-should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of web analytics, optimization and reporting tools.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Work well within a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and high quality performance.
• Basic design experience including the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in behavior-based economics and/or marketing highly desired.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related field with 5+ years of marketing experience. Energy efficiency experience is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other personnel within Agentis, as well as clients to understand the business requirements of the Agentis Platform.
• Maintain Servers/Storage:
  • Hardware (primarily Dell)
  • Linux (Redhat, Centos)
  • Apache
  • Storage planning
  • Capacity Planning
  • Storage configurations for various files, data stores (MySQL)
• Maintain network infrastructure:
  • Hardware (Cisco)
  • Configurations
  • Maintain Firewalls
  • Maintain Network IDS
  • Maintain VPN
  • Work with Clients to install data exchange protocols
• Understand various security protocols
  • Implement technical configurations and management practices consistent with company policies
• Work with Development team in maintaining MySQL, and Cassandra data stores
• Work with Development team in evaluating third party hosting environments
• Maintain Security credentials for access to various technology platforms for the company

• Experience with LAMP ( all versions of Linux)
• Knowledgeable in network

  • File sharing/movement protocols between businesses
• Experienced in Security practices in handling PPI
• Experienced in capacity management planning (Storage, Network)
• Experienced in MySQL and/or Cassandra data stores is a plus
• Experienced in patch management for OS's (Linux, Apache, various DB's)
• Experienced in working with both developers (software programming), and end-users (Business personnel)
• Experienced in working in moving data servers between various hosting sites (internal, co-located external providers)
• Will Report to Chief Operating Officer
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
• Experienced in working with and/or managing third party hosting providers
• Experienced in working with other business technical infrastructure groups to set up/establish file movement infrastructures (primarily FTPs)
